Through the use of creative modalities - art, movement, creative writing or drama - participants can access the spontaneous and ‘free’ parts of them, that are so often hidden or dimmed through anxiety and unhelpful belief systems.

Through engaging in creative activity, we can relax our nervous system, and access parts of our subconscious that might otherwise be hidden. Movement & dance in particular can help to release emotions that can get ‘stuck’ in parts of our bodies, releasing and freeing up our body & mind - to be healthier and more free.
